Downloadable .chm files not viewable

In all of the .chm files I've downloaded, if I double click on the .chm, all the pages have 'address not valid', so no information is provided.

How to delete products & licenses issued while trying out SLPS tutorial?

I am unable to delete a product (Medical Image System) created while trying out the tutorial in InishTech SLP Online Services. It says there are licenses for this product. How do you delete these dummy licenses?

Versioned vs. Un-versioned Permutation dlls

When downloading/extracting the permutation DLLs, 2 folders are created: versioned and un-versioned. I have used successfully the versioned dlls to make API calls and get feature information for licenses, but I am still wonderingwhat the difference actually is...
